Scope of Services

Umweltwissenschaftler Consulting provides legal compliance consultations and personal estate planning advisory services under the Administration of Estates Laws of Nigeria. Our services are limited to civil law support, personal estate advisory, and related consultations. We do not offer loans, investment schemes, or any financial products promising quick earnings.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Nigerian laws.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Modification of Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use our services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. The arbitration shall take place in Lagos, Nigeria.
